First Week

1st week



It has been an interesting bathroom running week...:)  I am drinking a gallon of water daily., I have been eating basically the same things throughout the day... Tilapia is my meat of choice..  Microwaved in 3 1/2 minutes, no salt with plenty of garlic/onion powder... Taste great....I cooked mustard greens with no salt, no meat and no oil, and they were ok... Cottage cheese and fruit cocktail are my my preferred breakfast and lunch.  Salads with light italian dressing was super as well.... I am proud of ME today, and I just pray that God continues to keep my eye on the prize.  I will start the appetite suppressant and water pills when I pick them up in the morning.  Walmart had a 4 hour wait, so I left...lol      Well today was a good day, looking forward to tomorrow..... ONE DAY AT A TIME!
