11/4 Pain Chart

I went for Physical Therapy and Massage Therapy today, they did Ultra Sound with Massage Therapy today. The drive in wasn't too bad, I didn't have to stop going. The trip home was pretty painful about half way home. Took 2 CELEBREX and 3 GABAPENTIN.
