the web-site has been down for three days now i'm gald to be back; i joined NAMI

Must've been something to do with your internet service provider because I didn't really have any problem coming on here.
I've been a long time NAMI member. I went to meetings regularly in MN and found them extremely beneficial. I met a lot of good people. I don't really attend the meetings down here because I don't find them too helpful. I hope you find the ones in your area helpful!
