another terrorist attack on our American soil

Another terrorist attack on American soil. The government doesn't want to "offend" anyone, but let it have been an American born and bred, and they would be under the jail now. This man was an Islamic who begged to be released from the Army, even offered to pay back for his education if they would release him. He told them he was opposed to the war.
It just made me so mad to learn that the military KNEW of his belief and his stand and did nothing, NOTHING to protect America from such an attack. Now our country has had to pay for it again. The families of those who lost their loved ones, the ones who were defending our country, had to pay for our governments refusal to deal with the truth.
The steps he took before the killing, he gave away his possesions, told his neighbors he would not be needing them, then shouted God is great before the attack are what suicide bombers do.
Lets bring back truth to government, not what feels good, and what makes everyone happy. This is just a farce to get us off course, and boy has America gotten off course.
When truth goes out the door, and feelings become the rule, there are bound to be problems because feelings flip and flop hem and haw, change back and forth from day to day. Sometimes from hour to hour, and from each one of us.
If we want to succeed we have to get back to the truth. There is no flipping or flopping. The truth remains the same, Yesterday, Today, and Forever.

Peggy...the biggest problem with the goverment is that they forgot who God is and what this country was founded on..the belief in God...our President wont admit it but he is not a Godly man...and the is a large sect of our elected officals who doesnt want any part of God invovled in our nation...this may draw harsh critizime with what I just wrote, but I am tired of this country and the leaders turning thier bck on God..and untill we changed things are only going to get worst...I thank God everyday that I have Him in my life and I greive everyay that our country has turned from God,,,what you stated was so right....may GodBless the families of the ones that were killed and wounded and may God Bless our country....brian

I watched Charles Stanley this morning. He had David Barton on his program and it is truly amazing at the facts of Americas Godly heritage that has been thrown out.
his website is wallbuilders, and he named each of the founding fathers, and the signers of the declaration of independence, and of the 57, 29 were graduates of seminary.
The leaders have been throwing God out, and they did it through the schools with the children way back when they changed the truth of the Constitution, and now, they don't know anything but what we've been told.

Yes Guys protect your religion you have to fight for it whatever it takes it will be destroyed otherwise, they are taking out the constitution and no one is asking WHY ...freedom of Speech is on the way out ..Even the Miltary is being' Politically correct" thats why he wasnt thrown out . This Hassan is an Islamic Terrorist ..I hope he pays the penalty he deserves, ..
The problem with "political correctness," Peggy, is that it DOES change. Like you said, Truth NEVER changes. It is the same today as it has always has been.
I can remember when it was COOL to be patriotic - even tear up when the flag passed by. Now, you're just a sentimental old fool.
This morning in church, we had Marines who came on their own time (they weren't even members of our church!) to present "The Colors." Wow. I'm happy to say that I still feel PROUD when I see our flag go by. Yes, I still got tears in my eyes. Our pastor told us that at the first service, he could barely speak afterwards. YAY! I still feel that way when a military unit passes by in a parade. How sad that today's young people are not patriotic, except for the few who join the military. Unfortunately, even some in the military just join for the money and because it's a job in these hard times. My son found THAT out when he joined - a dream he'd had since he could first walk practically.
Yet ANOTHER attack on OUR soil....can't wait to see how THIS is glossed over. We'll soon forget it, too, unfortunately. No, not ALL of us. But, as a whole, it'll be "forgotten. Just to PROVE how tolerant we are, we'll move on and promote some other Muslim to a high ranking position in the military - to prove we don't hold a grudge. You and I probably won't hear about it, but it'll happen some place...

No what they are hoping (The young) is that like the rest of 'socialist Europe that they will get hand outs money for NOT working, money for going back to college , I have been deluged with offers of grants for everything you can think of, who do they think is paying for them the tooth fairy ?thats what happens the young of today will become reliant on big Government to pay for everything..only its worse than socialism I dont understand why some of the 'Leaders' if we have any dont take some action at the destruction of the constitution and take it to the Superior Court
twehner...praise God that they come into the house of God and presented the colors......and your right they will promote another Muslim who doesn't beleive in our way of life to a high rank...isn't it funny they always trying to tell christians what we can do and can't do bcause of the "separation of church and state" but if the Muslims or buddist or whatever strange sect does something its ok because we have to be tolerent of there rights!!! well that major who was a terriost muslim wasn't very tolerent of the soliders right to live??? this country is going to hell in a hand basket and I am so happy that I am going with JESUS and I am praoud and unashamed to pronounce that..and I am one of those that tears up when the flag goes by or when I hear the national anthem...God Bless...brian

What astounds me is the fact they seem to have covered up a lot of his behavior that Casey was trying to make out he just blew his top..hey I hope this Islamic terrorist pays the full penalty for 13 lives, and I hope that the Army stop all this dumb 'Political Correctness' whatever that means ........
