Last week I was proud to announce the launch of MyVirtualShrink.Com.  Many MedHelp members have tried the  program and written to me and suggested I make a big effort to let the MedHelp community know about this valuable resource so I am offering the first hundred MedHelp members a free 3 day membership.

All you have to do is go to www.myvirtualshrink.com, and at the bottom of the page, click the " guest pass" link, and become a 3 day free member by using this guest code;TTUZCTZGF.

You will have to use this opportunity before the seventeenth of this month. I hope that those who use the program will tell their friends and communities about their experience. This is a step-by-step problem solving program. There are problems from every life area, including family, relationships, work, finance and friends.

In the health area we focus on the stress and strain that a health problem puts on relationships.  This may be the most important one for most MedHelp members. Please let me know.

My goal in creating this program is to bring the knowledge that therapists have into the lives of those who might never go to a therapist. This program is not about mental illness..it is about finding solutions to those problems that cause stress, and sometimes the symptoms of anxiety and depression.

The guest pass code listed here comes up as expired.  Is there an error or have you reached your maximum 100 free?

Dr. Gould,

Thanks for correcting the problem with the free trial code.

I just went through part of the program and while I can understand the value for some, the issues facing those of us with life long medical illnesses are not addressed in the Smart Plan- Identifying Problems and Be My Best.  I honestly stopped after getting that far.

Many of us do not have relationship problems, other than the adversarial relationship with our particular illness that we struggle with regularly.

I would have liked to have seen the option of "none" offered in several of the screens.

It is intesting to see  the virtual equivalent of talk therapy.

Thanks for the opportunity to check it out - good luck to you with this new business venture.

be well,
Lulu
