I am a night owl allthough some people are agianst it. My prefered time to sleep is between 5:00am to 8:00am. Unfortantly my sced is kinda messed up due to phychiatric apointments and stuff. I usually like to sleep for 8 to 10 hours. Some people get by less sleep but that's how many hours is best for me. Sometimes I do get fatigued but that could be from other problems.
