Over half-way there!

My "status" today is that I'm growing a many-cornered individual.. haha... this little one is jabbing its way around my insides this morning.  Lots of movement felt while sitting and laying down, from the inside and from out.

Latest doc's appointment went well again.. just the standard pee in a cup, weight check, blood pressure check and series of questions.  They "misplaced" my ultrasound requisition forms & so had to re-send them it... sooo I might end up getting the standard 20 week ultrasound closer to 21 or 22 weeks.  Hopefully before Christmas though.

I've definitely grown a baby bump at this point.. I've uploaded a 20 week shot this week.  Feeling my skin tightening and getting sort of pulling sensations in the lower stomach and almost groin area.  Seems like I grow in spurts though.. about once a week it seems to be pretty noticeable.

Work has been over the top this week.. four separate people from the kitchen called in sick one day and I had to work 12 hours (alongside my boss who also took on the extra work.. so that was nice).. but this is shaping up to easily be a 60 hour week. I'm doing my best to make sure that I'm eating enough (at least it's an organic restaurant.. lots of tasty healthy things) and that once I get home I get to relax.  We've had a bout of stormy winter weather too, which makes the 20-25 minute walk into a 30 minute trek.. so happy that I got my new heavy duty winter boots!

Hey hun.. happy to see things are moving along fine. Aaaahh!!! Those movements from out side.. that's what I am so impatiently waiting for. In fact I thought of you last night when the storm started. Make sure yuo watch and be very careful when you are walking in the snow and ice. (sorry to sound like your grandma!!) lol!! And keep your oven warm with plenty of warm clothes so that little bun in there will be nice and cosy!!! Take care.
