Going down again; but, Not bad.

HR 74.   Feeling a little rough.  Mainly just sore and tired.  Alot more work to do then I'm taking a day whole day off.  I think.  hee hee.  Ya right.  Well at least a 1/2 day.  Later Me;  
Time to turn on da da dee da ******Superwoman mode.  ha ha ha.
