eye and upper back pain

Have this constant ache in my upper back, and on waking the last few mornings have this awful pain behind my right eye, which seems to travel from behind my eye the whole way back. Anyhow my sprits are good and i suppose i have that to be thankful for. Went to see my eye specialist on monday and was told everything looked OKAY!
