What's up with the up and down rides?

125/82 HR 93 Really bad back spasms. Still waiting to hear from Dr.'s office. Feeling a littlie bit rough. Hollow feeling in chest? Heart palps not to bad. Gettting some chest sharp chest pains. I sweat for a while with my face cool to touch and then I'm chilled before I sweat again. Odd feeling. Blaaa and tired feeling, like I'm just zoning.
Dr.'s office finally phoned in some pain meds. Maybe now I can get some relief and go to bed early. Still lightheaded. BP is now down to 116/76 HR 85 which is good. I JUST WANT TO FEEL BETTER. I'm so very tired. Arm is getting heavy. I just hope I'm not heading toward another rough ride. :- l

Also noticing more and more that my arms and upper legs are turning red at times.???
White splotch on face.??
