Now adding soya protein, no sugar or raisins to my oats in the morning. Extra cranberries. Will be adding almonds ground soon.
Also taking multi vitamins & minerals, Vit C & iron suppliments. Reading Woman Fitness magazine for advice on nutrition and exercise. Drinking 1-2 litres of carbonated water everyday.

Aim to loose 4 lbs in Jan and another 4 in Feb. Getting me to 10 1/2 for March 2010!!!!!!
I have so far lost 6 stones!!!!!!!!! People now say that I don't need to loose weight because my top half is a UK size 10 or USA size 6. Want to make bottom half a sIze 12 - Usa size 8.
Need to find out more about building more muscle .
