SOLID BUMP ON GUMS...  :-X

I'm SO UPSET, because I don't have dental insurance and I have a SOLID HARD...BUMP on my gums on my cheek side.  I had surgery April 18th and found this bump around May 14th and I don't know if I had it before surgery or not.  I'm wondering if the tubes and all could have caused this.  I'm SCARED TO DEATH of dentist and anything to do with the mouth, so I NEVER go unless I have to.  I DON'T KNOW WHAT TO EXPECT and the finances now ON TOP of the issue's compounds the situation.  I realized just today they have a dental health section on here, but it's full and I can't post.  In the beginning I wasn't aware of the bump and now EVERY DAY ALL DAY I'm aware, because it feels really weird.  It's HARD to tell if it's getting worse, but I took pictures when I first found it.  Hey...I just realized I can look and see when the picture was taken to know when I found the bump.  :)  I need a MIRACLE, because I rather birth 10 babies over going to the dentist and I had BOTH MY KIDS COMPLETELY NATURAL.  God Help me through THIS ONE.......
