I have been having problems over the past several years with blurry vision. It starts in the summer and clears up in the winter. I wear soft contact lenses (have been for about 20 years). Have tried perscription eye drops and OTC and nothing seems to help. Was hoping someone had an idea what could help. Have seen commercials for Claritan Clear, but am afraid to take it because of a sensitive stomach and acid reflux problem. What else could help?

I had the same problem and finally found an optomotrist that diagnosed it "lack of oxygen " to the vessels in the eye. The type of contact I was using was actually causing the vessels to grow and reach out for air causing the blurriness. I changes to breathable silicone lens and the extra vessels disapreared and the bluriness cleard up after a while---Also, take the lenses out as much as possible, give those eye a breather, literally.
Are you saying that your condition started in the summer and ended in the winter too, or just in general, you had a blurry vision problem?
