The Confusion is Over, But I'll Stay POSITIVE!

OK, so yesterday I went and had the blood test done. I knew in my heart that something wasn't quite right though as my symptoms had begun to disappear a day earlier. Whilst at work today I went to the bathroom and noticed unusual spotting and later on passed a very large clot (sorry tmi again). It wasn't painful but I went back to my desk and made an appt to see my dr. An hour later I was in an increasing amount of pain. I went to my dr early as the pain continued to get worse and worse. He said that because I was 2x weeks late I could be having a 'miscarriage' but wouldn't call it that unless I had a positive blood test the day before. Well the test was negative so he said he wouldn't schedule a DNC, which is a relief. General anaesthetics mess with my body pretty badly.

So he is waiting for the sperm analysis to come back and I now have to do a 'Day 21 Progesterone' test (on, you guessed it, day 21 of my cycle). He is also sending me to a fertility specialist. I'm not quite sure what to expect there, but I guess the future will tell.

I'm staying positivea and know I will have a healthy pregnancy soon.
