My scale at home is wrong. I way more than I thought I did. At least I lost 6 lbs last month.

My scale reads different then the one at the doctors appointments.  I'm just using mine when I chart it because I'm just getting weighted once a month at the doctors and I want to keep up on my weight everyday.  I'm like 5-7 pounds heavier at the appointments then my scale is reading...I HATE IT!!!!!
