Cleaned 1/2 house

Jul 01, 2008 12:00AM - 4 comments

I dusted the 3 bedrooms & vacuumed them & the kitchen. I am now so sore & wiped out. I want to go to bed but I can't. If I sleep any time during the day I can't seem to get to sleep at night. I have a hard enough time trying to get to sleep at night. My eyelids are so heavy!!!!!!!!!!!! Wish this would just go away. I hate it!!!!!!!!!!!

Hi!  I know what you mean.  I don't sleep well either.  I get to sleep so late, sometimes like 4 a.m. then I sleep till 10 a.m. and it makes me mad because I get a late start to the day.  I go to the pool for exercise and I hate it when I get there late and it's too crowded for me to do my thing.

I hate this illness also.  It's ruining my life, along with my bad knees so I can't walk too much.  I gained weight, I hate how I look.  I don't even feel like doing anything most of the time.

Can you get a cleaning lady to come in sometimes to help?  I have one who comes every 2 weeks.  I can't do floors and all the dusting anymore because of my knees and other pain.  She charges $85, but it's well worth it!

hi
i just want to say good for u in a positive way --even though u fell terrible at least that was some form of exercise
alltough no-body likes cleaning.
it is awful to feel tired all the time --have u tried doing some exercise in the evening that may help with the sleep
even tough it might be difficult.
i hope this gets better for u soon

I'm sorry I'm so late on this journal entry you made.  I can FULLY understand the sleep thing.  My doctor's nurse called in my prescription for Soma and didn't make it for the correct amount.  I didn't realize it until I was out... I have been suffering for a week with no sleep because I don't want to call my doctor and sound like a drug addict.  I'm so paranoid about that now since my family doesn't believe there is anything wrong with me and I just want the drugs.  I am calling Monday though, I can't wait another 3 weeks before I see him on sleep.  I am up all night long, I try to stay awake until the next night but my eyelids close and I'm out for about 4 hours and then I'm up again all night.
By the way, on the day you mentioned, where in the world did you find the energy to do all that you did????  I wish I had that type of energy, just doing a fraction of what you did on this day would be amazing for me.  I hope you are sleeping better now.  Wouldn't it be nice to sleep like we did when we were teenagers again????
