Severe OV Pain yesterday and Today

I'm having Severe OV pains on the left side yesteday and today with low back pain. It's not constant  but it is a sharp pain that comes and goes 3-4 times consecutively. it so sharp I feel nausea and light headed. Then I'm fine. According to all these charts I was suppose to OV June 28-30. So I don't know what the heck this is. This also happen last month.

I got home from work I was so tired I went to sleep around six and had to force myself awake around 8 because I wanted to have dinner ready for my DH which the jerk ended up going bowling and ate two slices of Pizza for a dollar  I went back to sleep around 10 and slept all night.
