So much pain!

For the last 4 days I have had s a severe cramp in my right leg  with a migraine.  I think it is my right shoulder that is causing it. My rheuomotologist has me going to an ortho surgeon for my r shoulder . Daily the pain gets worse and my mobility in it is getting  less.  The MRI showed alot of arthritis with a pinched muscle.  I fell backwards aprox 2 months ago after the original MRI and caught my fall with my right arm,I think I have caused even more damage to it.  I busted a vein coming from the shoulder to my chest. I don't think things can get any worse.  I am miserable right now!  I can't wash my own hair without leaning to the right since I can't lift my arm away from my body and drying it is out of the question. My body aches all over and I can't sleep.... (but I;m use to that) Please, God make me stop hurting all the time!
