How in the heck do they do it?

I can't keep up with the elderly women in my water aerobics class.  They are a bunch of tough cookies.

Offensive of them, isn't it?

My husband, who was a big-time runner and hiker, came back from the mountains soon after we moved here and said, "You get to the top, and these 80-year-old guys are sitting there ahead of you!"  We thought that was pretty offensive, also.
