I have tried variuos things and gone through so many chnages over the past few years and have found that excersise is the best drug one can get addicted to. So here goes with my new addiction.

I went walking yesterday and was suprised by how many steps a brisk 30 minute walk produced, so i hope that things will continue to get better and that i will copntinue to improve and feel lots better.
