July 2nd

Jul 03, 2008 11:23PM - 2 comments

Another day has passed and my life hasn't changed, except for me being a dy older. As usual, started my day with my rutine of making the bed, stretching and exercise, shower, shave and eat breakfast, which is usually, yougurt, a bagel and V8 juice. I really don't know why I'm writing this since I'm probably the only one that will ever see it. Well, after breakfast, I worked on my son-in-laws' project for about 30 minutes, took care of the trash and unloaded and reloaded the dishwasher. It's now around 10:00 am, and I have along time before the rest of the day passes, so I hit the forums and make various posts.
I was supposed to have an appointment with my counselor, but she called and had to cancel, so I did the grocery shopping for the week, got them put away and settled down for some television, to occupy my time.
Later, reconciled my bank account, checked the forums again and went back to my television. Obniously, I watch too much TV.
Took all my medications as directed and managed about 7 hours of sleep last night.
Exhausted enough to take to bed shortly. Until then, it'll be the old TV.

I'm with him--it's good to have a routine, as you do.  Also, exercise really does help--although I generally refuse to entertain that concept if I can avoid it.  (Sadly, it really is one of the few things that seem to have an observable impact.)
