Today was very encouraging, I went the whole day with only one, tonight I will take half so that I may sleep comfortably. I feel good, I know it won't always be like today, It will begin to get BAD!!! But I can do this. I HAVE to do this.

as Kim said..You CAN do this..remember that although you may have a few bad days, in light of the rest of your life..hopefully there will be more good days ahead..I am so glad you found this forum..i know it helped me so much and made a huge difference for me this time when i quit on March 7...I tried to quit many times before without much success..except for the methadone w/d..I did manage that somehow..but It sure would have been helpful to have found this forum then..better late than never..right? lol..You really sound like your ready to do this and that makes all the difference..keep posting , we are here for you..xo Lisa
