Well...I am not sure how to use this weight tracker tool, but I think I need it to show me the effort (or lack there of) that I am putting into losing weight. I was a distance runner for many years, and didn't gain weight until my first pregnancy (at 20 years old). I have lost some of the weight once or twice, but it has always came right back. I am NOT comfortable in this body! I don't see myself as a fat person on the inside, so when I look into a mirror I am horrified at what I see! Also, I miss the energy I used to have! And the excess weight hurts my knees, my hips, my back and I actually get chafing in my groin/bottom area! GROSS! It's time to stop complaining and start losing!
