Just writing this for others to see is a big step for me. I've hardly talked about this with anyone. This is a big issue. When I've had a scale I'd weigh myself everyday. I thru one a weigh and bought a new one. I got so mad because no matter how much progress I'd make in changing eating patterns the weight didn't budge. I thru that scale away. Now I miss the scale. I find I belittle myself if I even think about going off. I'm thinking what the hell is the point. I'm 53 how many women over 50 who are 50 pounds over weight lose weight. Probably nil to naught I don't know.
