Hi Rach, funny I woke up at 5.30 today too! Didn't have to though.. strange. So I just added 1degree c on per extra hr to get to time should be. I never seem to wake up at exactly same time every day so have to do add on's quite a bit. I got my 2nd high on cbfm so must be going to o soon. What about you? x
