I had a scary moment today, well to me it was. I have a phobia of flying bugs of a certain kind. one flew into my window and i nearly had a heart attack. i was trembling and shakened with fear to the point i was almost suicidal rather than confronting my fears.Honestly i had so many thoughts of doing my selft in. I was in fear. if i had money at the time i would have went to a hotel. this happened around 6 pm i believed didnt go into my room until the next day. I actually left my house around 2 in the morning and went to my sisters/

I have very strange fears and phobia also....I get very paranoid about people looking into my house. One time I lived on the 2nd floor in an apt. building and every night I would tape up paper to the windows so no one would stand outside the windows and look in. Now to everyone else it was obvious no would could stand outside a 2nd story window. But I just didn't see it. My husband at the time was very patient with me even not knowing what was going on... (before my diagnoses), he would take the paper down every morning and then lateer that evening I would begin the process again.
I also am deathly afraid of spiders and see them constantly when they really aren't there. Pretty overwhelming huh?
