When to test!!! UGH!!!

I feel like crud, my bbs hurt like heck, nausea is coming and going, and a few cramps/twinges here and there. I don't know when to test this cycle since its so crazy. I usually have 32 day normal cycles but since April they have been irregular and with this one I had spotting all throughout the first 21 days and went to my obgyn and he told me that there was an infection, on my second round of antibiotics and have an appt with him on next monday. What to do, what to do??????????????? I am going to go and buy a couple of tests that way when I think I need to test I will. My hubby thinks this is the month for us. He was right with the last two full term babies. UGH I just needed to vent some!

Forgot to add, bloated and irriatable!!! And having some weird cravings like chicken wings tacos & nachos!
