Recent physical & emotional symptoms

Lots of stress... and panicky feeling

chest tightness, burning sensations in left side of chest/neck, left arm, throbbing pain in left arm.  Weakness, low energy.  Head/scalp soreness, "fuzzy/tingly" brain.  Brief episode of spitting up small amount of blood... lasted maybe 5 mins??  ..or else I just stopped coughing up the gunk in the back of my throat.  Still felt the gunk but went to bed and didn't feel the "gunk" after a couple hours.  I know, it sounds bad... but we have no money for a doc, and have a b-day coming up tomorrow!
