Sooooo Tired

Okay so I think the good days caught up to me because I am laid out tired. The fog is so thick I could cut it with a knife. It is the day before flo though. Will take that into consideration of how I am feeling. Can't wait for lab results to see if I can increase Armour, and if my adrenals are wacky.

Poor thing, I know just how you are feeling. Been there, done that. Did not want a T-shirt for a souvenier. I told my husband this after noon, there have been many nights I have laid in bed, begging God to take me own home. The fog, the racing thoughts, feeling like you are going crazy.

I know you probably have, but I wanted to ask if you have done any research on your adrenals? I read that if your thyroid is messed up, your adrenals are messed up as well.

Armour, does a number on those fatigued adrenals.

It's been a doozy of a weekend for me too. Just remember my favorite word, "TEMPORARY" --- this too shall pass !
