Well today I have resigned myself to the fact that I wont lose any weight till after my period (due Friday) Although I have lost inches around my calf, thigh, neck, upper and lower arm and waist my chest and abdomen have put on inches...so I know it is Pre Menstrual fluid retention - but it is still sooo disheartening to be working so hard and gaining weight.
I am expecting next Tuesday to see a 5lb weight drop!!! and boy it better happen!
