restriciton during pregnancy

Had my first visit with my OB today, he took cultures and then sent me for an ultrasound to listen to their heartbeats, I was so excited to see them again. The babies measured bigger again so they have offically changed my due date to Feb 9th 2009. Their heartbeats were 175 & 180 and they are both measuring 9w1d. The technician said they are definatley each in their own sac and have their own placentas but as far as being able to tell identical or fraternal would probably be done through DNA testing after they are born. I am not sure if that is something that is offered or if you have to request it. I also passed my first glucose tolerance test but he did warn me that I am borderline so it could change. Other than that everything is good - oh they did find a bleed and said I need to refrain from lifting or exercising and while I can't imagine it is possible to be doing less that I am I certainly will have to try.
