Writing this earlier than usual because I want to spend the rest of the day, just relaxing.
Had a difficult time getting up this morning. Felt a little "off". Could be attributable to bad dreams I've been having which may be effecting my sleep.
Once I get up, however, and get through my stretching and exercise, and a nice shower, I'm usually OK.
Today, it's been really hot here, but that's the way I like it. I really hate winters and cold climates. I was born to live in Hawaii, the Amazon or the South Pacific.
As usual, checked the various forums and made some posts where I thought I could offer some advice and/or guidance. Or, if I just wanted to throw in my two cents.
I've been having a problem with my back(old injury) for about three weeks now. These episodes usually on last for about a week so I don't know what's going on. I have a scheduled appointment with my GP on the 18th, so if it's still bothering me then, I'll defintely bring it up and see what we can do. I want to talk with her anyway concerning my pain management plan.
Psychologically, I've been doing very well for the last three weeks or so with some minor irritability, but no major mood swings. I had come off my medications because I was fed up with my conditions about a month ago and got into trouble almost immediately(i.e. major depression, suicidal ideation, etc.). My therapist encouraged me to get back on my medications as soon as possible and I followed her advice and, as I said, I've been pretty good for about three weeks.
Perhaps, after so many years we've stumbled upon the proper combination and proper dosages of medications to stabilize my symptoms. After so long, however, it's often difficult to get too hopeful. All you can do is take it on a daily basis and see what happens.
Took all my medications as directed.
