In my search for information, I have learned a few things that have helped me to relax regarding my next PSA check. One thing is learning that many men go for their first post-surgery blood test two-three weeks after the time period in which I had my blood drawn. Perhaps I just had my done "too soon." I stopped taking some of my supplements immediately upon receiving the test results; I take only my Shaklee vitamins and my ED medicine right now. I am sure December will fly by and January 4 will be here before I know it.
I am concentrating on the various celebrations of the birth of Christ. As I surround myself with friends and family focusing on other things, I feel "normal," and that helps. The youth and their parents of the Anglican Church of the Holy Trinity performed a live nativity last night, and we will again this evening. Being a part of these celebrations has helped me to regain a sense of normalcy. Looking back over the last two months, I am thankful that I had my surgery in October and didn't wait until the holidays. My principal was wise in advising me to have the operation and get it over with. Praise God from whom all blessings flow.
