Yeah the echo said thoracic ascending aortic aneurysm...we will call that TAA from now on. The CT confirmed and said 6.3cms. I think the TAA is caused by my aortic regurgitation that has returned 11 years post Ross Procedure (they take your pulm valve, put it in the aortic position and give you cadaver valve (donated) for the pulm position). Man like I didnt have enough health concerns. What happened? At age 20 thru 30 I was size 7, 120 lbs. At 27 got dx'd with fibromyalgia, depression. Hearing loss came a few years later. Then they thought I had Lupus. AT 29 during routine dr visit for flu, dr heard murmur. Referred me to cardiologist. That was 8 cardiologists ago...we've moved alot. They moved too. Now the docs saying Aortic valve and aneurysm surgery. Go to see surgeon on the 18th of July.
