I write this the next day... the day after watching our godchildren - an 8yr old boy and a 4yr old girl.
We had a great night. DH and I got to be with the kids from 4:30ish to 8:30ish. We made homemade pizzas for dinner - the kids made their own the way they like them so I didn't have to hear - "EWE! I don't like that!" and then for dessert we made our own sundaes and banana splits - they decided what kinds of sauces and sprinkles and whip cream and cherries.... they were absolutely amazed that the chocolate shell got hard on the ice cream.
BUT, I AM TIRED! Whew! What a night!!!
