• Trembling of hands when doing sensitive work

• Started Flexoril for back spasms.

• Tiredness.  I constantly wanted to sleep and did not have much energy to do things.

Hi I have most of what you are describing.

My GP has diagnosed me with polymyalia ruhmatica   (spelling prob wrong) and fibro even though blood test have come back normal.

Because I have muscle pain  in the thighs and pain in the muscle in my back is the reason why he has diagnosed the poly dont know why the fibro.

Then I started getting tingling down my right leg then my arm now my cheeks and lips the list goes on the worse one was when I lost all feeling in my right leg for half an hour scary.

My GP sent me to a neuro and he done all the test and said ill send you for an MRI and an ultra sound on the neck MRI to rule out MS and ultra sound to rule out mini strokes.

I was in the neruro room for about 35mins and there was no eye contact I was not inpressed it alright for him but my illness is in is hands (****).

As I was leaving he said the results will prob come back normal I just said well lets hope so but if they do I hope you will investigate further because there is something wrong with me I came out of there feeling like a nobody and that I was wasting his time (**** again lol)

I have my MRI this Thursday then ill have to wait till I get an appointment from the **** before I find out its all this waiting drive one up the wall.

I am a positive person but when the  fatigue  sets in oh my I just don't want to live what's the point cant do anything just lay I'm not sleepy im just drained I have to crawl to the bathroom its bad,I am on steroids when I was on the high dose it helped but now Im on the low dose I can just and I mean just about cope.

At the moment the worse thing I have is the burning sensation on my forearm and cold no freezing bum cheeks and the tops of my arms are cold are you suffering at all from that ooooo the pain in the bum lol cheeks is really bad sick to death of it well i dont know if any of this has helped but its helped me to have another moan.

I wish you luck with your probs and hope they get to the bottom of it.

oh have you been on the ms forum really helpful and lot of advices

Ill shut up now take care your so young to have this ****.

One last thing if you have not already had one ask your GP for a vit B12 blood test.
