Hey just what I need a mood tracker yippee...LOL. boy do I feel bad for anybody who reads this!! Oh, today I had terrible anxiety I didn't even want to make eye contact with anyone it was horrible.
I love the mood tracker. I had been trying to track my moods on paper before I found this site and this tool. You wrote in another journal entry that you contributed your anxiety to drinking coffee. Caffeine has a huge and profound influence on my anxiety. I have had to really learn to cut down on my caffeine intake. It makes a difference what we put in our bodies. I have decided to deal with my mental issues without drugs as well. My doctor dis-agreed with me but I am doing well off of them. I was never on as many as you were but I got up to six pills a day at one time and I hated the way I felt. The side effects were worse than what they were treating.--Take care
