Endometrosis???

I am 19 been having pain since January They can't figure it out thought maybe IBS, but pills dont help (dycyclomine)
They are possibly thinking endometrosis....I have crampy bad pains, back pain, VERY painful ovulation adn periods.  Irregular period (short adn VERY painful, sometimes 2-3weeks late), I have been having blood clots my peroid is not for another week and half.  This pain is getting worse and worse.  I was wondering if anyone has this pain.  Since January  I have been sore around my belly button, wehn I get cramps it makes it worse. I am Yaz BC pills,    I am going to gyno Wed, but just wanting advice...THANK YOU ahead of time.
