3rd week on prednisone

down to 20 mg!! still in bad pain!!! still not seeing any improvement from last week.. or at all. When I seen my GI on Friday he prescribed me bentyl to combined with the prednisone and said that starting next week I get back on the pentasa. And then if I am still in pain and having no improvment we start all over again and at a higher dose and for longer. Since I will be working from home Im not afraid to try the higher does and since the only side effects I have had are lack of sleep and constipation Im willing to give it another try. Ill do anything for this pain to go away! My GI also ordered a hepatobiliary scan and a UGI with small bowl scan. He thinks I might have a blockage or maybe galbladder disease because of where this new pain is coming from. We'll see what happens!
