My weird rash

Please help. Over the time period of about 5 months I have devloped a strange rash. It comes and goes almost everyday.Its started just on my arms and my scalp would itch. But now its all over my body even on my buttox. They are tiny little bumps the size of peas and there are alot of them and they burn like crazy. It happens when I get hot mostly. I cant even go outside for more than a little while. Please help me.
could it possibly be an allergic reaction to the sun? There is a type of hives that most people, not even most doctors seem to know about or understand, called wheals. It is little blister like bumps that sometimes look like some type of pimple that can burn, tingle, and itch. They are commonly found on the arms chest neck and lower part of your face. I get them because of dust grass and fish and now have an epi-pen due to 5 anaphylactic reactions that came on seemingly out of nowhere. Once I knew the symptoms though, I realized I'd been having them for a long time but no doctors seem to have enough knowledge of allergies to even link the symptoms to that.
my suggestion to you would be to look up hives and wheals also called urticaria, on google.com. they also have info about support groups for the depression often linked with hives at aafa_al.healthology.com.
