Along the way...

We have been in Lake Louise for the past two days (oh, the scenery) and are going to Banff today.  Anxiety has raised its head numerous times, but I've bashed it into submission each time.  It seems as if each time I got used to something (like, say the isolation of the wilderness), something else would arise to take its place (like the thought of walking on a glacier - what if I fall into a crevasse??).  The latest bit has to do with wrecking my back on the train, far from medical care.  Stupid, stupid.  On I go.
