Yesterday, I walked a mile with the family in 18 minutes. After, I did not need a NAP! YES! WIN!!!
I have been chasing my husband around the house :) I can say were both happy :)
My weight is slowly decreasing, score again!
I woke up today and I feel so darn good again!
I still have some problems, but they too should go away in time.
