Today on CD3 i woke up at 6:35am and took my BBT. Had to pull open a draw so not sure about th movement affects...

what is a BBT

Hey vaninaren - BBT mean Basal Body Temperature...to understand in depth about it you can search about it on google..just type BBT charting on it and u will get a lot of sites with in depth information on how to chart ur BBt and get to know ur most fertile time in your cycle...
