anger outburst

Well, I'm smoking again, not sure I'm going to keep this tracker going unless I decide to stop, with my anxiety kicked up after stopping all medications, it'll take only my lord and saviors strength to Stop now.  I will continue to pray.

I understand completly it's hard to stop everything.  The anxiety and depression are the worse to me!
