Starting Over

Today I have 17 days clean.... again and feeling great!!!. I am picking up the pieces and looking forward to seeing what my hp has in store for me. I reallly believe that he doesn't give me more that I can handle... But i sure don't like CHANGE LOL. I am sittting here feeling giddy. I love waking up with hope instead of despair. Love instead of hate and willingness to do the right thing in all aspects of my life not omly for me today. Trying to think of others is a big job for me.Self Centeredness has ruled everything in my life and slowly I find that is changing.It is great when you can see where changes have been made...by you!!!. God Bless everybody and live, laugh and love..

I THOUGHT THAT WAS VERY INSPIRATIONAL.... I AM ON DAY 4 OF BEING CLEAN....I WAS TAKEN PERCOCET FOR THE PAST 5 YRS...TOTALLY HAD CONTROL OF MY LIFE..i AM SEEING THAT ALITTLE MORE EVERY DAY SOBERING UP...I LIVE ONE DAY AT A TIME..CHANGE ALWAYS SCARED ME...BUT I HAVE GOTTEN NOWHERE IN MY LIFE WITHOUT IT, SO I SEE IT AS "try it"..I ALSO PICKED MY ONE DAY AT ATIME BOOK AND HAVE BEEN READING EVERY DAY...OH AND CONGRATULATIONS ON YOUR 17 DAYS CLEAN...I HONESTLY NO HOW HARD IT IS
