My legs feel swollen today. My biceps and triceps aren't sore from workingout 2 days ago. Walked yesterday and only did 2.97 miles at 15 min miles ooch I am going to try some more push today but go for indurance today and instead of my regular three miles going for at least 6. I hope it goes well.
