i'm 20 yrs old.i do hav mild levoscoliosis in my lower thoracic spine.my question is: is it dangerous? where do i get this? what's the best thing to do to cure or prevent this?

It is not dangerous unless it is seriously damaging the spinal cord, however, if it is severe it may require surgery to help alleviate the pain. It can be inherited. The best thing to do would probably go to a chiropractor and see if they can lessen the pain also see a neurologist.
