I did not have a good day today as far as my food is concerned....way too much fat. Eggs for breakfast and on from there. Tomorrow is a new day, and I will get back on track....(kick my butt, will you?)

I won't kick your butt, but I'll tell you it happens, and just start again tomorrow. Eggs, btw, are not all that bad for you. You can have them 3 or 4 times a week unless you have serious cholesterol problems.
I prefer the convenience of having Egg Beaters in the fridge, and use them exclusively.
I used to skip breakfast, east a small lunch, then go for a big, heavy, late dinner! Bad move. I know you said before you're trying to cutoff eating after 7 (or 8? I forget). Reminds me of Gremlins, a movie in which cute little creatures turn evil and ugly if you feed them after midnight!
I've used egg beaters (there are usually equivalent store brands that are cheaper). They are handy and can go in the freezer, too. I think opinions on the safety of eating whole eggs depends on who you are asking, and that makes me lean toward not eating them. I've been reducing and eliminating animal products from my diet over the last few months. Right now, I'd say I'm 2/3 vegetarian and 1/3 vegan. I bake my own bread and sometimes need an egg (white), but I don't eat them on their own.
I think we can all agree that the attitude to treat each day as a new start is a good way to go! Consider your booty spared!
