son court date

talked to my youngest tonight. he went to court. The judge threw out 3 of the charges, driving without a licence, failure to yield, causing personal damage. so they only charged him with driving under the influence of illegal drugs and gave him 14 months of probation. he thought this was great and was laughing when he called. I told him he was giving a blessing and need to take it and straighten up and take care of his babies. So now I am just waiting on the next shoe to drop and to recvd a call saying what he has done or he is back in jail.  I had talked to his probation officer prior to him going to court and she was going to request random drug testing, I called her tonight and she said the judge threw it out so she can't do anything more.  I am back home trying to work it out with my husband talking to a councilor trying to save a 32 year marriage. taking it one day at a time.
