Post MRI Biopsy

Well the biopsy itself was not too bad.  Its my head that complicates it.  No pain was involved its just that I let my mind race.  I do not do well with being powerless.  I am a control freak and I cannot control medical procedures.  Many years ago I used to do self guided imagery, its time to start practicing it again.   I am gonna need it.

It is really strange, but all of a sudden, there are TEAMS of people to help me.  A nurse from my insurance called and told me everything I was entitled to including her help to get things done.  The biopsy was done by a team of three women radiologists, I had a nurse/liason with me explaining everything (I had tons of questions 5-6 phone calls worth) the whole day before,  yesterday she was with me the whole time, and I am sure she will be calling today.  I don't know if I was just lucky or if this is par for the course.  Either reason, it was very helpful.
